Field of Nodes professional development resources are intended to be used for self- directed, self-paced learning – to be worked on according to the learner’s own time frame, or as directed by a workplace trainer/ assessor. They can be completed by people who wish to improve their knowledge and increase their work based skills. The learning content has been divided into easily read segments. Each resource offers learning content covering a particular subject area or part of a subject area. The structure of the learning process will be dependent on the requirements set out by the trainer/ assessor or facilitator. Each section of the learning information is accompanied by a set of activity/ assessment questions that can act as reflection questions – to be considered by learners as they go through the text. These questions can be answered by the learners and used as on-line assessment questions to be marked by an assessor.

Field of Nodes makes every effort to maintain open channels of communication to all parties involved and allows for multiple takes of courses to ensure passing marks and completion of all modules in a timely and effective manner. All effort made my Field of Nodes is done to ensure that your company is able to participate in training. However, once fees are paid, they are non-refundable. When trainees are enrolled in courses, Field of Nodes will notify them of their specific log-in details and they, the trainee, has one year from the commencement of payment for training to complete all courses.
